Pastor Luis Hufana Mafnas was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Theology from the Adventist University of the Philippines and a Master’s in Ministry from the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Study. He served as a youth pastor in South Brisbane, Australia and pastored for thirteen years in Guam, conducting several evangelistic meetings, marriage and courtship seminars, and hosting a live Bible Q & A radio program. 

Pastor Luis is married to his lovely wife, Jessica Marie Mafnas, and they have three children: Jamica, Hana, and Elijah – all talented in singing and currently work at 3ABN. Jessica is a dedicated mother and also works with Women Ministries, wellness programs, and co-hosted Pastor Luis’s radio program.
